A Christ centred community, equipped to lead
Leaders Equipped Church is a community of people who refuse to settle for church as usual. We gather to worship, learn, pray and encourage one another. Then we go out and live what we believe at home, at work, in school, and across our city.
We are a place where identity is restored, purpose is made clear, and leadership is developed. Through the Word of God, the power of the Holy Spirit, discipleship, and community, we help people become who God created them to be, and serve with integrity wherever they have influence.

What we believeTolu Owolabi
Tolu Owolabi is the Lead Pastor of Leaders Equipped Church, a Coach, Family Life Strategist, and passionate advocate for wholeness, purpose, and transformational leadership. With a background in physical therapy and more than a decade of multidisciplinary experience spanning physical and mental health, addictions, social services, and restorative justice, Tolu has devoted his work to understanding what enables people to heal, grow, develop capacity, and live with purpose.
He is the Co-founder of Conscious Parent Hub, an organization committed to helping families build healthy foundations and create an advantage for the next generation.
Tolu’s passion is to help people rediscover God’s original design for their lives, develop the capacity to fulfill their assignment, and become a transforming influence in their families, communities, and spheres of influence.
He believes the Church is called not merely to gather people, but to equip them to live out the Kingdom of God wherever they are sent.
